Since 2014, the Fine Arts building has been the home for production teams, tech startups, fashion designers and web developers and still accommodating more and more genius creators today.
The Fine Arts building was a creation of the architecture geniuses Albert R. Walker and Percy A. Eisen who were also behind the stunning structure designs of the Oviatt Building, the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills and lastly, the El Cortez Hotel in San Diego.
